OVERVIEW
This SIA Engineering Company Aircraft Maintenance Technician Traineeship Programme presents a comprehensive route to start a career path within the aviation industry, together with advantageous employment prospects.
In this traineeship program, trainees will complete 6 months training (theoretical and hands-on practical) at KKIP Aerospace Training Centre. This foundational phase is further enriched by a subsequent 7-months period of immersive on-the-job training (OJT) hosted by SIAEC in Singapore, finishing with a wide range of skills and a deep understanding of how maintenance engineering works.
After a successful on-job-training, participants will be placed right into employment at Singapore Airlines Engineering Company (SIAEC) under terms and conditions which demonstrate that both the trainees and the company are committed to mutual success.
