OVERVIEW
This ST Engineering Aircraft Maintenance Technician Traineeship Programme presents a comprehensive route to start a career path within the aviation industry, together with advantageous employment prospects.
In this traineeship program, trainees will undergo 7 months of both theoretical and hands-on
practical training at KKIP Aerospace Training Centre. This foundational phase is further enriched by a subsequent 9-month period of immersive on-the-job training (OJT) hosted by ST Engineering in Singapore, finishing with a wide range of skills and a deep understanding of how maintenance engineering works.
After a successful on-job-training, participants will be placed right into employment at ST Engineering under terms and conditions which demonstrate that both the trainees and the company are committed to mutual success.
